All human works receive their first impulse from the world of ideas. This means that in our collaboration, immaterial processes such as ideals (cf. Brand message) and meaning constructs (Narratives, beliefs, opinions, Assumptions, wishes, fears ) important prerequisites for successful change - here your company transformation.
They reduce complexity by providing people with action patterns for conscious change - hopefully the improvement - in the physical world. That is why we must...
The task is complex, the requirements of those involved are very heterogeneous - but there is a strong will to cooperate?
Then we can develop a common picture, provide orientation and develop a fresh perspective.
Developing and implementing professional workshop concepts is neither science nor art. It is a craft in which "the work does not show the way" but rather the content must be thought through from the end.
What are the goals? Where are the participants at the start? How do we lead the participants to a common result? How do we secure the result beyond the workshop?
How do we provoke surprising, colorful, usable solutions that are supported by the participants?
What good images should have an impact on employees and guide them in their daily work? Are we able to bring about the desired changes at the behavioral level through the content of the workshop?
Everyone in the company draws on defined input and makes the results of their work available to others.
If something is changed somewhere, things might suddenly start to go wrong somewhere else. This means that the planned effect meets unplanned side effects!
The objective presentation of controversial perceptions, the appreciation of the resulting emotions, and the joint consideration of the issues clarify controversial issues.
In mixed teams of, for example, sales people and technicians (or office staff and field staff, etc.) we enable amazing insights by offering “creative content.”
This process allows participants to once again focus on the provision of the actual market performance.
We enable usable results through consciously solution-oriented, provocative, slightly offbeat and always concisely formulated tasks.
This creates space for completely new ideas and the participants are not restricted too much.
Due to constant time pressure (“We need more time for this”), the group focuses itself independently.
Openness and clear row transparency allow unexpected, useful solutions to emerge.
It is often surprisingly easy to argue that “the new” has no chance, based on the false security of the status quo.
So »the new« needs friends.
An effective moderator is neutral with regard to the contributions - for him only the best argument in the context counts. This impartiality ensures that the workshop is solution-focused.
This means that the following are essential: careful preparation, a lot of experience in staging and a keen sense of how to make the contributions part of the solution (solution focus).
And: On the part of the client, patience, openness to other opinions and trust in the participants' willingness to find a solution.
